Well, I have survived the first week of my pop-up! And it’s been quite a busy one!  I’ve completed a robin I was making for someone (and she’s been in to collect it!).  I’ve run 2 Creative Art workshops and one for papier mache.  Nice to see both old hands and new faces at those.  Thanks also to friends and well-wishers who dropped by to say hello.  And to Elaine for bringing biscuits.  And Ian for eating them.  Don’t worry, there are still some left if you’re planning on calling in next week. It’s papier mache again on Monday morning.  Note to self – make more paste!  I have a tabby cat I need to complete for someone and am hoping to finally get started on a crow that has been sitting in my head and demanding to be made for weeks now… We made a start on the group project on Thursday.  I’m looking forward to seeing that gradually taking shape.  I think the finished picture is now guessable but you might want to call in and see for yourself – maybe even have a go?
