Three weeks in, and 3 more to go! I can’t believe how quickly the popup is flying by. This is partly because lots of people have been coming in. Thank you if you’re one of them. It’s been really nice to catch up with people I’ve not seen in a while and also to meet those brave souls who have ventured in to see what I’m up to and have a go themselves. Monday’s papier mache workshop was very busy this week, whereas the Creative Art drop-ins were quieter. This means I’ve had no excuse not to crack on with my own stuff. The work for East Cheshire Art Fair is coming along nicely – I haven’t yet started to hate it. That usually comes later. When no one else is in, I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to spread myself out and have a play with some monoprinting. Some of those prints will get used to decorate covers at my bookmaking workshop tomorrow. If that’s something you fancy but you can’t make that date, do let me know, either in the comments below or with a message – I’ll do my best to fit you in at another time. I will still be here during half-term week, 25-29 May, so if that works for you, let me know.
