Our group project was completed on the penultimate day of the pop up!  Nice timing girls!  And here it is, alongside some of its proud creators.  Thanks to a Mr V Van Gogh of Arles, for the original inspiration.  But mostly thanks to everyone who came in and completed a square.  I think the colour and perspective on the floor boards looks really fantastic.

So that was the pop-up, that was.  Thank you everyone who came in, whether just to say hello and see what was going on, or to join in with making and creating.  It was a lovely experience for me, so I hope it was for you too.  It took me a whole afternoon yesterday to unpack everything and squirrel it away again in my usual workspace.  I’ll post some more pictures in the next week or so of the stuff I’ve been working on while I was there.  The Next Big Thing will be my course in Grasmere.  There are still places available if you want to sign up – 6 days in the Lake District, lovely views, lovely food and you’ll come away with your own beautiful hand-crafted and recycled animal.
